Artist's Statement A hand weaver since the 1960s, I have studied and practised many aspects of hand weaving and its allied crafts, and still enjoy a challenge of a technical or design nature. I spend most of my creative hours producing handwoven linen table runners, fine fabrics, scarves and shawls in the multitude of wonderful yarns now available. I do not have a commercial studio but welcome visitors by arrangement and occasionally undertake commissions. I am an exhibiting member of Creative Fibre New Zealand and The Professional Weavers’ Network of New Zealand.
